My name is Allison Justice, MBA, FRA-RP
I am a Certified Redevelopment Professional with the Florida Redevelopment Association and have been a Project Manager and Redevelopment Expert for nearly 12 years.
I specialize Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) management and implementation and served as the Deputy Director and Interim Executive Director for the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) for eight (8) years
I'm experienced in team leadership, redevelopment/economic development planning, incentive creation, public-private partnerships (P3), affordable housing creation, financing, coordination of land use regulations and special and capital project management.
